- Skydive Reservations:
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by the customer at any time, for any reason or “no show” will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
- Music City Skydiving at its sole discretion may reschedule the customer for any reason deemed necessary by owners and staff. We will always provide our customers with the reason for a needed reschedule. If reschedule is due to weather, please see our Weather Policy below. All funds will remain on customers account for 1yr for use (with the exception of a no-show [see above]). If customer chooses to not reschedule and chooses to cancel instead, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Customers may not reschedule appointments without forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation by a customer that has prepaid in full, at any time, for any reason or “no show” will result in a forfeiture of the amount equal to the deposit. The balance of the payment will remain on the customer’s account for future use.
- Customers with legitimate medical issues/emergencies that temporarily prohibit skydiving on their scheduled appointment, deposit forfeiture may be waived with a doctor’s note. In that case, the funds will remain on the customer’s account for future use.
- Video & Photo packages:
- There is a $20 fee for cancellation of advanced reservation video & photo packages.
